Deletion timeline
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 business days.
If identity validation or legal analysis is required, our team may contact the requester before the deletion workflow is finalized.
How to request deletion
Option 1
Send your deletion request to our privacy channel. Include company name, account email, and the scope of the deletion you need.

Some data may remain temporarily available when retention is necessary for legal compliance, security obligations, fraud prevention, audit evidence, or service integrity. Once these obligations expire, eligible data is removed according to the verified request scope.
